Advocating for children, young adults and their families affected by cancer.

You Gotta Want It, LLC 's mission is to supply a support system for those affected by cancer beyond the hospital walls through physical and financial support, event camaraderie, and emotional encouragement. Our organization does this through our annual flagship event the Oasis Golf Tournament.

Since our first Oasis Golf Tournament in 2015, we've been able to send and fully fund hundreds of kids to Camp Discovery, a Children's Oncology camp established by the American Cancer Society where kids with cancer have been able to enjoy a summer camp experience with caring volunteers and other kids who are fighting the same fight.  The camp is equipped to support all kids and all types of cancer with special accommodations, a doctor staff, an array of activities, and a counselor staff who understands what cancer can do to a young life mentally and physically. As of 2017, Oasis Golf Tournament donations were also able to create a young adult program providing networking and financial support to individuals ages 18-39 who have been diagnosed with cancer. In working with the National Cancer Society, their experts showed us this age range is severely under-serviced, so we set out to provide emotional and financial support to this group. Our goal is to grow our camper count, as well as grow our young adult group participating in our events and sessions.
